• Using this gathered information we establish a base level of your homes energy efficiency.

• Dealing with each element in turn, we detail exactly what works are required and what specification of materials and application methods need to be applied to achieve the required standard of efficiency (Any chosen contractor is required to carry out the work to the exact standard specified in the survey and the survey should be treated as a contract of works between the homeowner and the contractor).

• Any clarification required, regarding any recommendation contained in the survey, will be available throughout the duration of works, to the contractor or homeowner.

• Assistance will be given to the homeowner regarding any issues in grant applications.

• On completion of works SEI require a “Declaration of Works” form, be completed by the contractor and submitted by the homeowner in order to facilitate the payment of grant monies to the homeowner.              We will ensure that these forms are correctly completed, to ensure speedy payment of grants.

We supply recommendations of trusted and reliable SEI registered contractors to quote for all works required, though the homeowner will be under no obligation to use any of the recommended contractors and may opt instead to avail of the services of any other SEI registered contractor.
